Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional, for thicker texture

Optional Toppings

  • shaved dark chocolate for garnish
  • crushed peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again for a thicker consistency, if desired.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and optionally garnish with shaved dark chocolate or crushed peanuts.
  • Serve immediately while cold and creamy.

Notes

Use a frozen banana for a creamier texture and natural sweetness. For added protein, blend in a scoop of protein powder or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
