Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups premium vanilla bean ice cream slightly softened
  • ¾ cup whole milk chilled
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp instant vanilla pudding mix for thickness
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 6 Oreo cookies for blending
  • 2 Oreo cookies for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs for topping
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare serving glasses by dipping rims into melted white chocolate and then into crushed Oreo crumbs if desired. Chill glasses while making the shake.
  • In a blender, combine milk, cream cheese, pudding mix, and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Add ice cream and 6 Oreo cookies. Pulse 5–6 times until the mixture is thick and speckled with cookie pieces.
  • Pour into prepared glasses. Top each shake with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and 1 Oreo cookie half for garnish.
  • Serve immediately with wide straws or long dessert spoons.

Notes

For a thicker shake, use less milk or add a few frozen milk cubes when blending. Use lactose-free options for a dairy-reduced version.
