Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (chilled)
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed optional
  • 1 cup fresh spinach optional, for added nutrients
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • Pinch salt

Optional Toppings

  • granola
  • crushed nuts
  • toasted coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add the full-fat coconut milk, coconut yogurt, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana, ground flaxseed, fresh spinach, maple syrup, and salt to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed. For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Garnish with granola, crushed nuts, or toasted coconut flakes if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing tropical taste.

Notes

For a thinner consistency, add more coconut milk or a splash of coconut water. You can also substitute the frozen banana with a fresh one if preferred.
