Add the full-fat coconut milk, coconut yogurt, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana, ground flaxseed, fresh spinach, maple syrup, and salt to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed. For a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Garnish with granola, crushed nuts, or toasted coconut flakes if desired.

Notes
