  • 1 cup frozen red grapes
  • ½ cup fresh green grapes
  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen for creaminess
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey optional, adjust to taste

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional for added nutrition

Optional Toppings

Freeze your grapes ahead of time for a colder, creamier smoothie. Use vanilla-flavored yogurt for an extra hint of sweetness, or substitute with plant-based yogurt for a vegan option.
