Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, rosemary, cloves, orange juice, and bourbon. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to get it into the scored lines. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, let the ham marinate in the glaze overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
