  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup light coconut milk (chilled)
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder unflavored or vanilla (or plant-based alternative)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt coconut-flavored or plain
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut optional
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or preferred sweetener, optional
  • ½ tsp rum extract optional
  • ½ cup ice optional, for thickness

Instructions
 

  • Pre-chill the coconut milk and pineapple chunks for a frostier texture.
  • Add the frozen pineapple, chilled coconut milk, whey protein powder, Greek yogurt, and optional ingredients (shredded coconut, chia seeds, honey, rum extract, and ice) to a blender.
  • Blend on high, starting at low speed and gradually increasing, until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey, then blend briefly.
  • Pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

If using fresh pineapple, freeze it in advance for a thicker consistency. For a richer shake, opt for full-fat coconut milk but be mindful of extra calories. Vegan alternatives include plant-based protein powder and coconut yogurt.
