  • 1 cup pumpkin puree canned or homemade
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup milk whole milk or dairy-free alternative
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey for variation
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • tsp ground cloves
  • tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ice cubes optional, for thicker consistency

Optional Toppings

  • whipped cream
  • crushed graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Add pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If a thicker texture is desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  • Taste the shake and adjust spices or sweetness as needed.
  • Pour into serving glasses and top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers if desired.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor and consistency.

Notes

For a vegan version, use non-dairy ice cream and plant-based milk. Adjust spices to your preference or add a pinch of allspice for more depth.
