  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Ice cubes

Instructions

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use frozen pumpkin puree or add more ice cubes.
Feel free to substitute the maple syrup with monk fruit sweetener for a low-sugar option.
