Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cored and chopped
  • ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ½ inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 4-5 cubes ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Optional Sweetener

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add chopped celery, Granny Smith apple, spinach, coconut water, lemon juice, and fresh ginger to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
  • Add ice cubes and, if desired, a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. Blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes

For a smoother texture, ensure the celery is finely chopped. Adjust the sweetener according to your taste. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.
