Instructions
Add chopped celery, Granny Smith apple, spinach, coconut water, lemon juice, and fresh ginger to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
Add ice cubes and, if desired, a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. Blend again until you reach your preferred consistency.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
Notes
