Instructions
Peel and chop the honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and cucumber into small pieces for easy blending.
In a blender, combine the melon, cucumber, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, lime juice, coconut water, and honey or agave syrup (if using).
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of mint, if desired.
Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
Notes
For a vegan option, use a plant-based yogurt alternative. To enhance nutrition, consider adding a scoop of protein powder or a handful of spinach.
