  • 1 cup honeydew melon, chopped
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional
  • ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the honeydew melon, cantaloupe, and cucumber into small pieces for easy blending.
  • In a blender, combine the melon, cucumber, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, lime juice, coconut water, and honey or agave syrup (if using).
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of mint, if desired.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes

For a vegan option, use a plant-based yogurt alternative. To enhance nutrition, consider adding a scoop of protein powder or a handful of spinach.
