  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 (16 oz package) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, melted butter, packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the bite-sized pieces of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the dough pieces are slightly crisp.
  • If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans over the top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Do not overbake to maintain a creamy texture. Optional: Drizzle with caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
