Sandwich Ingredients

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 cups roasted turkey thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce enhanced with orange zest and cinnamon

  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter onto one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Notes

For a more pronounced flavor, consider toasting the nuts before adding them to the sandwich. This sandwich can be made ahead and warmed in the oven just before serving.
