  • Mixing spoon or spatula
  • Knife and Cutting Board
  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • a pinch salt optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses along with the crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh chives, and serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Allow the dip to rest for 2–3 minutes after baking to thicken slightly. Adjust seasonings as needed. For a spicier version, consider adding a dash of hot sauce.
